With D’amour et de Déco we wanted to work together with vendors from our region. This photo shoot was designed to highlight a modern bride, who dares and who fully accepts her choices inspired by fashion. She’s different, more free, at ease with herself enough to opt for atypical accessories.
From this initial idea, Vanessa & Mathilde have chosen to work only the leaf of grass (Miscanthus) associated with the orchid to create original, bare & simple accessories, ceremony and table. They have diverted objects and accessories from their primary use, the gilded metal cuff as a bouquet handle, the candlesticks turned into vases, the dried leaves of grass like support for the wedding rings, napkin rings, and crown.
We wanted to follow our bride-to-be in her intimacy, from her awakening until the end of the evening and to capture her emotions discreetly, like stolen moments that perfectly captured by Sebastien Boudot and Matthieu Barnier.
Marie, Les Ciseaux de Marie, created a very natural and simple makeup and chose to work a modern hairstyle, sophisticated and adapted to the incredible head accessories that we had chosen, the minimalist crown and the XXL hat.
We wanted a ring that echoes the cuff used for the bouquet, Alice Magnin proposed this accumulation of rings … She won our hearts!
Thanks to Anne, at Blanc Crème, we could have this Lola Varma’s Jolanté blouse from Australia that we hoped so much! Anne suggested highlighting this masterpiece of our model’s look with perfect associations: the Donatelle Godart’s Deux Danses skirt with beautiful & elegant lines and Elise Tsikis’ Thebes earrings for the glamorous side. We chose to finish this look with Sezane’s Léa boots, the must-have for a modern and trendy wardrobe!
Amandine, Citron Pavot has specially made this original & graphic wedding cake in the shades that we defined.
Finally, Marie, Hello Salt & Paper perfectly understood what we had in mind by creating contemporary stationery that forms a coherent whole with the atmosphere of the place, the magnificent Hotel Spa Tiara Miramar.
